Cancellations
Cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to the service. If notified, you will not be charged.
A 50% fee will be charged to those who do not adhere to this policy.
No call- No Show: If we do not hear from and your appointment is missed you will be charged the full amount of your service. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make an appointment.
Late policy
We understand unexpected events that may occur or occasional traffic, If concerned you may be a little late please don’t hesitate to call or text. We have a 5 minute grace period.
If you are more than 5 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments.
GUEST POLICY
Please know that children may not be left unattended at our facility as this can be dangerous. Also, if you plan to bring a friend or significant other - they will have to wait in the waiting area during your service. Only one guest permitted in the room at a time.
